LAX rental counters are off-airport now. From the time you land at T1 Southwest or T2 Delta, the standard rental experience is: walk to the LAX-it shuttle, wait, ride 15 minutes east on Century, queue at the counter, take a bus to the lot, find your car, then drive back through Century traffic. We do it differently. You text your flight number, we watch it, and a clean BMW is parked at the departures curb of your terminal when your bags hit the carousel.

For arrivals on Southwest into T1, we typically stage on the upper-level departures curb at the south end. For Delta domestic into T2 or T3, north side. TBIT (international) is the longest curb but the easiest — we wait at the central pickup zone. Your call: park briefly while you load bags, or hop in and let us run the keys. We handle the airport-curb dance every day.

Returns are the reverse. Pull up at the departures curb of your departing terminal, pop the trunk, walk to check-in. We take the keys. No shuttle, no return queue, no fueling station detour — we handle fueling on our end. The M3 needs premium 91; the X7 and 330i also take premium. If you want us to top it off before you arrive at LAX, just say so the night before.

A note on the route: LAX to Beverly Hills via the 405 is genuinely 35–45 minutes most of the day, longer at rush. If your meeting is at the Peninsula or Maybourne and your flight lands at 4 p.m., consider letting us deliver to your hotel instead — we drop at the porte cochère, leave the keys with the valet, and skip the airport circus entirely. Same flat delivery, same flat rate.

The car you reserve is the car you get — detailed, fueled, photographed at handoff. Renters bring their own eligible insurance, or use our broker for coverage at booking. We confirm coverage before we hand off the keys.
